• Tours are $35 per person Saturdays by arrangement 
• Minimum booking of 15 people maximum 25 people
• Bookings essential
• Guided tours are conducted by the owners and consist of talking about the history of this beautiful building and impressive Victorian gardens , what the building was like when the restoration process was started,  explaining the restoration process and answering any questions
• Tour includes a basic morning or afternoon tea
• Lunch is available for an extra $15 per person
• A deposit on booking is required to hold the booking
• Payment via direct debit required before the tour to secure the booking
  
• Tours will be 90 minutes in length give or take
